We collect only the data necessary to deliver our pricing intelligence service: company name, work email, ERP/POS transaction data you choose to share, and standard web analytics (page views, session duration). We do not collect personal consumer data from your end-customers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to train elasticity models for your account, generate pricing recommendations, and improve platform performance. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We host on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure within the EU. Access is restricted via role-based permissions and multi-factor authentication.

4. GDPR Compliance

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your data. You may also object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@axispricing.com.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies (Plausible Analytics) to understand site usage. You can disable non-essential cookies at any time through your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. After that, all data is permanently deleted from our systems. You may request immediate deletion at any time.
