Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Axis platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

Axis provides AI-powered pricing intelligence, including demand elasticity modeling, scenario planning, and pricing recommendations. The Service is provided “as is” and pricing recommendations are advisory in nature — all pricing decisions remain your responsibility.

3. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sharing credentials outside your organization is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Axis. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data. We use your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Pilot program participants receive complimentary access for the agreed pilot period. After the pilot, you may convert to a paid plan or discontinue use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Axis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted, unless you request immediate deletion.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
